This is completely self serving… and probably completely uninteresting to most of you, but I can’t help myself. My seven year old daughter came home from school yesterday and I found the above in her backpack. It makes me happy to think that Henry Ford is still talked about in grade school… even happier that my daughter was listening.

Another day, another letter from Henry Ford. In this one, he elaborates on what makes Ford… Well, Ford… and why the young company will ultimately survive the depression. Fascinating.

A was cruising the Ford Archives this morning and stumbled upon this gem. It’s a letter from Edsel Ford to Santa Claus written in 1901.

This might be old news, but I just found it… It’s an interview based on innovation with Bob Casey – one of the most knowledge men around when it comes to Ford, Henry Ford, and the history of the company. Pretty interesting. You can watch the whole interview here.
