Re: 1951 Ford ignition switch installation

Some of the repop retainers don't have enough of a tab to hold the spring pressure so I had to add a little JB Weld to the tabs to make it hold.

On my 35 cabriolet I had to drop the tank. The easiest way to access it would be to enlarge the opening.

Most vendors have good harnesses but not so good light switches. I installed an original switch to my new harness. Also be sure you know if you need a two or one bulb harness.
