I'm taking a guess here. Is this thread triggered by it being Armistice Day over there? It was yesterday here with all of the usual dawn services and marches.

US Navy 64-70, served on Submarines SSN 584, SSBN 640 & SSN 613 I was a Nuclear trained MM1 (SS) - (First Class Machinist Mate - E6 - Submarine Qualified)
