this adapter is nice, it is cast and the only marking on it is 740. i have been trying to find another just like it for years but no luck. it would work for you if you wanted to run a 2bbl...

is your carb a one barrel? i am not familiar with the detroit lubricator carb. i would think a stromberg 48 or 97 r even 81 would run on it or the 94 holley carbs. more info please.
