You get it Bob, but how is it possible?
Did the U-Joint have different outer diameters?
My Idea was to Place a thick gasket to „move“ the coupling shaft housing a Little Bit more to the front?

oh, that's o.k. it just turns backwards when moving the gearbox.
Normaly it stands in up-direction :-)).

Hi Brian,
at The early_ford_store of CA i found a 9" pressure-plate with 9 springs,
its item Nr. 48-7563.
That's make me thinking of, do i have enough pressure on the plate with only 6 springs ...

Fort Wayne looks very good, but i cant find a 11" clutch in the webshop.
What was the original diameter for the Truck clutch?

solution out of crap from my workshop, to remove my 1934 Steering wheel.
Just make sure that your downer lifting plate pressures on...
