To stamp a new VIN on a frame to match a title is FRAUD! What if the car/truck was stolen back when and you sell to an out of state person who has to have the VIN verified by state authorities? If the vehicle had been stolen, you refund the money to the buyer and the vehicle is impounded and given to the insurance company or owner of record. You can tool around in your vehicle all smug and satisfied and then something happens and you are left empty handed.

Um okay. So what do you suggest? Nobody can build a car out of parts anymore? How is that helping the hobby?
