Excuse me for my ignorance, but how can a truck cab have a title? I know it is possible, but without an engine or frame with the serial number on it how can it be verified? Don't ask, don't tell, I guess. Maybe there is something about NJ titles that I don't know.
I wanted to go to the auction just to see what happened, but life intervened. |
