1933 Ford Cabriolet Survivor

Does anyone recognize this 1960s build survivor? Supposedly originally built in California and in later years moved to Tennessee. I recently purchased it from a gentleman in Florida and it now resides in Georgia. It has a 1956 Corvette engine with factory dual quads, 3 speed manual transmission.
