I have been messing with the interior a bit and find what appears to be "thick" tar paper over the floor tunnel. Before I put the mats back down, should this "paper" be over the entire floor?
In my photo you can still see what remains of the paper on the tunnel. NONE on the floor pans proper. There is paper behind the riser (board).
I did read Don Roger's book, and it mentions the paper on '36 cars. But, sedan deliveries?
