Thank you Sal. I rebuilt a 1901F for a customer, and had a heck of a time getting the pump to work properly due to warpage between either the bowl and/or the bowl cover. If there is not a firm tight mating , then the pump wont work properly. I went through about 5 used cores before i found a bowl cover that wasnt warped. I was wondering if that metal plate could be used on a 1901F to eliminate a gap due to warpage, if a suitable bowl cover couldnt be found ???
