Yeah, the popsicle stick and knife obviously could trim the front rope seal, but they are furnished in the Best gasket set along with a paper spacer in order to trim the rear seal at the correct...

Actually, you can run a dropped axle with mechanical brakes; I have done so on my 35. if you run, say, an Okie Joe dropped 36 axle, all you need to do is heat and bend the curved piece at the top of...

Please forgive me if you already know this, but you need to drive the vehicle to get the gauge to read correctly. The fuel sloshing around will create pressure in the airline which will push the red...

Adriatic, One thing you'll want to do is to add a breather to the rear end somewhere, normally halfway along the LH axle tube, certainly not in line with crownwheel or something that will throw oil...

Yeah, Probably the only way you could successfully run a progressive linkage with two, twos, is if they're bolted onto one of those Y adapters...

Why not just get Charlie to rebuild what you've got; buy another carbie, $$$, chances are it needs a rebuild, more $$$. Your existing carb, whilst not original to a 35, will still be a good carb,...
