So if I replace the master cylinder with the 62-65 caddy- that would at least shorten my stroke?

I got my brakes back finally. One of the brand new cylinders failed… anyway I installed the Dual master...

Well the #55 bulbs were about the size of my pinkie. The cowl lights I have seem to be closer to the size of an index finger or thumb.

I’m about to take a road trip cross country. My radiator hoses seem older. I can’t seem to find anyone that has the reproduction hoses available.

Dual Master Cylinder upgrade proportion valve question.

As mentioned in another post-my 48 hydraulic brakes went out in my 34 Ford.

It currently has the one cylinder master cylinder which meant all my brakes went out when one went.

I think I have a 35 gas tank so mine fits right in. I also have an aftermarket non hydrostatic modern style gas gauge.

So I’m thinking I’ll modify the new sender with the vent tube. I thought I could switch it-but the sender is riveted to the top. I’ll drill a hole-add some tubing and probably do some solder or jb...

Gas sender vent question

I have a 34 ford that has a 36 ford fuel sender that goes to a more traditional gauge.

I’m sure the sender is dead- I took the gauge to the back and wired direct with proper ground- no dice....
