Stuck king pin retaining bolt
One of the retaining bolts on my king pins is broken off flush with the backside of the axle, and I haven't been able to get it out wit5h a hammer & punch while in the car.
I'm thinking of using an air hammer, any reason not to? I know I can't heat the axle. Is the bolt case hardened or anything that it can't be drilled out? I don't know if its original or repro. Thanks! Bob |
