Good afternoon everyone.
I hope someone here will be able to give me some advice, knowledge on or recommendations for a Rebuild kit for my 1953 Customline V8 engine. As I am in Australia, it would be lovely if I could purchase something here, but understand I may have to make use of the easier availability in the US. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards to you all, Don |

There is some decent parts suppliers in Australia. The Aussies call it a side valve engine. I just did a search for ford side valve v8 parts suppliers in Australia and there is many. Some I know of and a lot that I don’t know of. I see you are in Sydney. There is a good parts supplier in Adelaide who also makes Aluminum heads

When I rebuilt the 8ba in my '39 p/u I bought everything for the rebuild from Red's Headers. It was a while ago so don't know if he still offers kits or not.
