Engine Rebuild kits

Good afternoon everyone.
I hope someone here will be able to give me some advice, knowledge on or recommendations for a Rebuild kit for my 1953 Customline V8 engine.
As I am in Australia, it would be lovely if I could purchase something here, but understand I may have to make use of the easier availability in the US.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards to you all, Don

There is some decent parts suppliers in Australia. The Aussies call it a side valve engine. I just did a search for ford side valve v8 parts suppliers in Australia and there is many. Some I know of and a lot that I don’t know of. I see you are in Sydney. There is a good parts supplier in Adelaide who also makes Aluminum heads

When I rebuilt the 8ba in my '39 p/u I bought everything for the rebuild from Red's Headers. It was a while ago so don't know if he still offers kits or not.

If your parts supplier from Adelaide is Mike Davison? Due to health is no longer in business. I suspect the info you looked at may be old. Great that you are trying to help tho.
