Default Engine Stand

I keep reading on here about engine stands such as the ones sold by Berts, or Snyders that bolt to the side of the motor. I have read that is has on the bottom of the mount a flat piece that lays on top of the oil pan rail.

Do the screws with the mount thread into the oil pan screw holes? Does it use two or four screws?

Thanks guys

Chuck

I found most of the information I needed. The screws thread into two of the oil pan bolt holes. Do I have to remove the oil pan?
