Default brake cables ,37 fordor

hey folks, need advice,I plan on installing new brake cables and adjustment clevises on my '37 this spring. Iv'e looked at 3 or 4 suppliers and dennis carpenter are either better pics. or are actually better parts than macs/ecklers. iv'e had good luck with some parts from joe's antiques and carpenters. i believe iv'e run out of adjustment on the stretched cables and clevises are bent somewhat on the current cables. i assume the hubs need to come off. should need new outer wheel bearings or just re greased. the car had new brakes installed about 3,000 mi. ago. iv'e seen the pics. this was done just before i purchased the car. any advice for this project greatly apreciated, and which supplier to use. thanks, Tom.
