Yes, and he could use the 3 brush or the 5 brush, as they both look identical on the outside.
The cutout mounting was moved from the side to the top during 1928, but the top mount is most common. |

Long Type Generator variants (L1, L2) were used beginning October 1928 through end of production. There was a period October 1928 through July 1929 when either a Powerhouse P3 or a Long Type (L1) cold have been used. This from my now superseded judging standards. But this one of those determinations which is unlikely to change. Joe K
