Is is a car or pickup tank?

I think the pickup tank was under the bed in the '32 but since the A never came with a rear tank, any way you can mount it would be correct.

It goes under the seat on a 32 pickup, then you will need a fuel pump.

Before you install a passenger '32 tank on a pickup check that you will have access to the fill neck.

Why do you want to move it? I think if I relocated it I would add saddle tanks between the frame and running board apron (available as a kit). Someone makes a kit to do what you are trying to do on Model A passenger cars that I assume would work on the trucks. Remember that Ford added reinforcements to their frame because the weight of the tank caused the frames crack.
