Yes, standard tudors had rear window shades. See Restoration Guidelines 12-8. My 1930 standard tudor came with the remnants of the original interior, and the window shade brackets were still in place on each side of the rear window, although the shade roller was missing.

Have any of you folks tried to drive at night without a shade? I did once and it was a nightmare, no pun, pull the shade down on the rear window and you will not have light jumping around all over the inside .
