1. Take the pin out of the adjusting clevis on the clutch adjusting clevis to free it from the clutch pedal. 2. Let the clutch lever drop down, that will put the forks to the rear. 3. Remove the spring on the throw out bearing hub. At this point I think you will be able to push the throw out bearing hub forward and then turn it so it locates into the forks properly. If necessary, you could pry the throw out hub forward a little. I think you'll be able to do it without prying though. 4. Replace the spring on the throw out bearing hub. |
