Mine is just a steel box that was used for a circular saw. I got the base that it sits on from Berts I think.

Did this one for $20 using some 1/4" X 2-1/2" strap and an old Craftsman tool box.

It is important to note that the 'Big' box covers the crank hole and does not allow for hand cranking. The smaller 'Craftsman' tool box (Denis4X4 post above) does allow for the use of a hand crank, but you may have to modify the crank handle to add length to get over the tool box.
The 'Big' box is listed on page 94 of Bert's Model A Center catalog - $190. The 'Big' box is listed on page 295 of Sacramento Vintage Ford catalog. $245.
