I just bought a rebuilt '53 Merc engine. It has been bored .040 and has a stock cam. It has a Edmunds dual intake w/ 94's. It also has the stock dist. I have read about the low vacuum w/ the dual carb set up. Would I get the most bang for my buck installing an aluminum single carb. intake, or getting a converted Chev. dist and keeping my dual set up?

The most bang for the $ is the dist. conversion, you will like it..
