ONLY the sleeve which houses 4645 is split it's made originally by HYATT also : BERLISS/BOWER/RBC/SKF also made it extremely expensive here in Australia to find/locate/source the OEM ORIGINAL FORD/HYATT type !!!!!, the FORD spare parts vendors in the USA have them far&way cheaper than what i have to pay for them form USA!!!!! , i can provide the aftermarket (bearing companies) part number for the sleeve?.....
