I sold some car parts recently that I was not using and thought I might purchase something car related that I might use at least once in awhile,..and a torque plate came to mind. The one company I have looked at so far wants to know what size the bore hole should be. Now I know any flathead I might still build would not be bored more than .125, would not this plate still be useful for smaller overbores?
OUCH, I just got a response back from the one company I contacted, BHJ and their price is $737.00. Might as well ask if anyone knows of other companies who offer such a piece? I know others have made their own or cut up a head(s) but that doesn't work for me. Comments most welcome. Thanks.
