I'll take the blame for this whole thread of discussion and apologize to anyone whom has experienced communication issues with my business. As I type this I am on my 14th hour here at work, But lack of decent help and other issues are not a good excuse for poor service. Thankful to the original poster for being a gentleman and very understanding! This truly is a hobby full of genuine great people.
I have emailed you and tried calling your business and have even just bought an item on Ebay just to contact you to try to ad an item I asked about last two weeks in your online catalog. I realize now you are probably at the Early V8 meet and will not be available until next week or who knows when. I have been trying to buy a Nacewicz hardware item from you or some information. I need 10 of the D-598 fasteners splash pan to frame for a 1932 Model B. I have not been able to add the items on my online shopping cart to purchase. I did get the one message back from you that yes they were available but no other info on how to buy them or phone call I just bought the last 1932 floor / pedal sponge seal that I need and to get your attention. I have been buying most of my parts from you on this Model B coupe project since last fall but really getting frustrating and it seems this Fordbarn site is the place you most quickly respond to. Thank You Gerald F. Tobin Lancaster Ohio
