What cas3 stated above is how my 8ba engine was built by motor city flatheads, using their own 59a style heads and using a crab distributor, and 59a style cam and timing cover and water pumps. I’ve also installed an electric fan in front of the radiator. I also had to fabricate 2 plates bolted to the bell housing to allow the torque control rods to still attach to the engine ( an 8ba engine doesn’t need the 2 control rods due to the open drive line and different rear suspension. ) this is in my 35 roadster.
