My '51 Tudor has a new original style wiring harness, have converted to 12 volt neg. ground. Also installing a 1 wire alternator (sorry) and the original regulator has been removed. There are 2 wires which both appear to be grounds, a black/white and a black/red that went to the gen, which now end up grounding to inner fender grounds. Dumb question, but could not both of these leads go onto the same ground bolt on the alternator? I just have to ask, before anything goes live. THANKS.
