Assuming your 3/4 T front spring assembly is similar to the 40 Tonner's assembly do the following:

1. Position a jack or blocks under the rear of the spring to prevent it from dropping to the floor. Remove all 4 nuts off the rear spring anchor. Remove the two dog bones that hold the the spring to the frame. Allow the spring to rotate down to the jack or blocks then lower it to the floor.

2. Loosen the two nuts holding the spring to the frame in the front taking care to support it while doing so. It will want to drop out of the slot.

The use of a rust penetrant or a nut splitter may be needed at either location to get the nuts off.
