Another Number found on my block

I have a 1931 engine A4560... The number looks original to block

And I just found another number on the block manifold side right below the Head stamped in larger font 45622 the remaining part of the number, assuming there is more characters, is covered by Manifold and gasket. The number "4" is not a modern font style in that it has a slash through the stem

Any idea what this could be about?
