We were 12 degrees on the other side of zero for a "high" today so no engines started unless absolutely necessary. My only concern about gravel roads is the chance of getting yet another stone chip in the 52 Merc's windshield. I avoid the heavily travelled ones and every now and then hit the two lane blacktop so the old Merc can stretch it's legs a little.
