American Family. What a joke. I worked for corporate as a damage appraiser for about 1.5 years, until I left that industry.
Truth be told, they’re all pretty bad….. State Farm, Farmers, etc. Lots of claims experience dealing with all those clowns.

They all seem to have very large budgets for advertising their "Customer Service", though.
