1928 Ford Model A Tutor, car runs fine but headlights, turn signal, stop lights, break lights, and parking lights all out, I found a wire that looks like it should be connected somewhere but not sure where, or what the wire is used for, it’s part of the electrical harness https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EJX...w?usp=drivesdk

Connect that wire along with the other yellow wire at the generator cut off. It is the wire that powers everything but the running of the engine.

I guess the only concern would be if the wire was removed for some reason, like a short somewhere.
