Loose Front Wheel Bearings

Not sure from your description, but I have sometimes had problems with the bearing cups being loose in the hub. If this is what is happening to you and new cups don't solve the problem, the proper solution is to find a better hub or buy a new one. Peening the inside of the hub, using shim stock or JB Weld may provide a temporary fix.

I was just out in the garage trying to get the inner race out. It's certainly not loose! There is a small inward dent that I think might be hampering my efforts to drive it out? Maybe have to resort to cutting it out.
