Will a Fenton 3x2 intake accept Holley 94s without any carb mods? Thanks in advance, Craig.

I'm sure everyone is going to need a lot more info to answer that. But more than likely NO.

"lonewolf" - I think you're missing the point. I THINK he is asking if 94's will bolt onto a Fenton 3 deuce manifold without interference. I know that they won't on an Offenhauser 3 carb manifold, but will on an Edelbrock. I don't know about a Fenton, but I'm sure someone out there has done it (or found out that it won't work).
I know this, because I once found a Weiand four carb manifold for an early hemi for a great price. Since I had a bunch of 94's, I thought is was a no brainer. Nope, they wouldn't fit unless you removed the front center screw on the back three carbs and then ground down the bosses. I decided that I didn't want to do that, so I spent the next year hunting down some 97's which did fit. If the O/P was asking about function, and not fitment, then I'm all wet. I will admit the question could have been more specific. O/P; what do you want to know? |

And this unvarnished truth is the backstory behind the popularity of the 97's over the 94's.
