Default Re: Any difference between 1950 Custom / Deluxe ?

Deluxe models had 16" wheels, 1 sunvisor, no courtesy interior lights, 1 interior light on pull switch on dash, no chrome trim on ends of dash, rubber floor mats, no armrests, black rubber trim around windshield and back glass, and fixed rear vent glass windows.. In other words, plain.

There should be stamped numbers on upper firewall underhood that will indicate color code and body style

The Early Ford V8 Club of America publishes a restore’s guide for the 1949-50-51 Zford that contains the exact information you are looking for.

It has chapters on the different models, exterior, interior including paint colors and interior fabric pictures.

Available thru Early Ford v8 web site.

Hope this helps,

Tom
