The rear inner panel is different on the early 1928 rumble seat models. They did not have the brace like Rusty shows in his photos (and no square hole in the inner panel). The bolt only went through the outer curved panel and "T" shaped brace into the tire carrier. If you have Revision 4 to the Guidelines there are pictures of both types.
