I'm working on restoring a Canadian F-47 myself.
Do you have any pictures of your motor?

My block is bare right now. It's on the engine stand and is ready for paint and then I'll assemble it.
I'm guessing you are wondering about the color of the paint?
I'm currently assembling the transmission, and yes, I used Cummins Beige engine enamel on it. The color isn't a perfect match, but it's really close to the original color. I can walk into the Napa and grab another can if needed.
