No Ford had a cowel vent before 1933. Plymouth Pontiac no enough left for ID

While I am waiting for photo to down load. There were cowl vents on the 1924/25 closed cars (coupe, tudor and fordor). For 1926/27 only the fordor had the cowl vent the coupe and tudor had the gas tank under the cowl. I would have to check but I think the later closed TT (ton truck) had cowl vents also. Some of the early fordor Model A's had vents in the side of the cowl.

Not Model T. T's did not have that large of a cowl or the bright trim band. The rounded rear roof is also not Model T.

Most definately not a FORD car. Looks like about 1929/30 but can't say what make.
