if you don't car about having the pickup rear brackets, the passenger car brackets work. I used them on my 41 pickup.

Yes they do. The 41 pickup frame is basically the same as the 40pickup and passenger car. The passenger car brackets raise up the rear bumper. I actually like the rear bumper raised up closer to the bed.
