All of the gears and other internal parts of '32-'34 passenger car and commercial vehicle transmissions, four or V-8, are the same.

Bringing up an old thread. Is there any value in used internals?

Sorry, there isn't much value in them beyond being useful paperweights when clean.

The answer involves the '32 shift top. If your gear swap requires an original appearance and function, the '32 shifter is going to be a big challenge.
If you are not interested in preserving the originality of the drivetrain, throw the gears and shifter in a box and save them for a future buyer of your car. The discussion of "value" should include a consideration of what your car will be worth in the future, original vs modified. Maybe DavidG, much more experienced with '32s, can offer further comment. Personally, if I had a '32, I would not be "improving" its transmission. I would consider a "temporary" swap with a later unit adding an e-brake adapter, but definitely stow the original under the workbench.

Given their modest value, Hoop's suggestion makes good sense to me, especially if they seem to be in good condition.
