I believe that all model A cutouts have split feet on them. So any cutout with just a hole is not model A cutout. Original model A cutouts have a brownish circuit board like piece riveted to the botom like the first picture - the middle cutout. Some original Ford cutouts had a script on them and some didn't. Some repro have Ford scripts, so that in not a very good way to differentiate them from original cutouts. I have found the best way is checking the two mounting feet and the brownish part on the bottom. The Judging Guidelines are helpful in determining which cutout is used for what model A year.
