Horses were such a necessary thing for transportation, plowing, pulling, etc, thus the justification of HANGING, of the HORSE THIEVES!
A CAR/TRUCK is the second most EXPENSIVE/IMPORTANT purchase we normally make, SO WHY NOT HANG CAR/TRUCK THIEVES, also? It only hurts for a NANO-SECOND! Bill W.
