Default Fuel sender float cork saturated

I need to replace the fuel sender float on the 37 Ford. I has what appears to be the original cork float that all the varnish has melted away and is now saturated with fuel. C and G offer two floats for these cars that are brass. Which, if any, of these will fit my sender and how are they attached? Thanks.
