The Brookville is a bear to fit to a Brookville body . Can't imagine fitting it to a Ford .

last 6 doors Ive been through have had no welds . the tiny tacks through the flange to inner are verrry important like Brent says .

Weld a nut to the screw head . Heat breaks the corrosion . Also your favorite penetrating oil helps. Let the weld cool completely before wrenching on the nut. This is on a non painted car of course .

Coupe and sedan 1930/1931 upper body line / character line .

15 dollars a foot . Brand new body line I make in shop .20 gauge cold roll steel. I can make to any length or shape .

Vin tin you can't use 75 25 mix with a tig . Leaves pits in the weld .

Some proper cowl panel installaion ... Tig weld if you can . Make sure that patch has the proper contour or you will fight the panel the whole way . Make your cut above the subframe connector so
