Used it straight over the grey engine paint that the engine builder painted on, It is especially formulated for engines, no peeling/flaking/rust etc after all this time. Throw away the brush after...

P.s. I just recently installed new waterpumps and used the same can of FORD GREEN POR15 thats been sitting around for 15 years, Paint was fine,good to go, For what its worth! Go Crusaders!!!

HI, use POR 15, they do a Ford Green. I painted my engine 15 years ago and its still fine. thats just short of 12,000 miles, not kilometre's. Got mine from The Spraystore in ChCh, but any Auto Paint...

This does'nt help any, but they are ''Still Out There'', although this is down here in NZ. Been in this shed for many year's and now being given a bit of a going over.

I'm not say'n I'm not dumb...... I bought my '38 in 1976 ,and have still got it.We wont mention the 57 chev,55 chev, 64 Fairlane, British Zephyrs etc etc!!
