using castrol 20-50 oil & if it is available 20-50 racing oil in my flat heads. One fresh 24 stud rebuild & one 21 stud pretty new rebuild & one 350 G M engine with plenty of miles on it,

trunk lid support
Has anybody used a spring/gas strut for their trunk lid support ? If you have what would be the brand name & number? Getting too old to lift that heavy lid.

This is just me & what I would do. Send the dizzy & coil to Skip & have them redone. He does a great job & his turn around time is quick , also reasonable. Open your hood @ night & see if your coil...
