With that block, you could make a billet cam with journals that ran directly in the block that incorporated incredible lift and duration. The stock journal size limits the amount of lift...

Yeah Mart, it’s permanent. If you ever need to remove it, you’ll need to cut it off. Not only does it shrink into place, it glues itself too.

it's a column change trans, converted to floor shift. Pilots were originally column change....one hell of a lot of work, why not just use the Pilot gears in a floor change housing?

This issue has come up and been discussed on here before. There is a thicker walled bearing outer race in some torque tubes from the factory. Try doing a search of earlier threads about this....

you know Graeme, I hate silicon anywhere in an engine.... However, I use that red, hi-temp silicon on exhaust systems.
