$800 Canadian comes out to about $585 USD which isn’t outrageous given it come with a marine transmission, etc. I would think it has only seen fresh water given it’s location.

If either the 33 or the 36 sits for more than a few days the carburetor will be dry out here in SE Georgia. I use a spray bottle filled with 50 to 1 small engine fuel from either Lowes or Home Depot....

HF sells a really nice stethoscope for a few bucks that has a long rod on it. Works much better than a long screwdriver and makes isolating weird noises a breeze!

Depending on how deep the dents are a jewelers laser welder could either fill them or attach a stainless wire to pull the dent out. No need to disassemble it at all.
