Restoring 1947 Mercury convertable. Require side trim, front fender turn signals, rear break light assemblies, both rocker panels, wonder bar radio, wind-up window knobs, dash speaker plastic grill.
Also any referals would be appreciated. This is my first restoration. Don in Venice, FL & IL |

hey when you get a looking for some convertible top latches...... look at www.1946ford.com they have some good quality latches. They might have some left, cheaper than any other you'll find and the quality is there.

Is your Mercury a 114" WB or 118" I have 2 good pieces of hood trim for a 118"WB.
They are marked 1946-1948 Mercury driver's side is marked part #59A-16723 and the passengers side marked part #59A-16722 I didn't mark them that was on them when I got them. Send me your e mail address and I will send you a couple of pictures...................... ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Pat, Thanks for the reply. My sheel metal is really solid except for the rear feners tops and the body top wheel wells. Also my rockers have to be replace on both sides. I need to find someone that make patch panels. I am interested in the side trip. Do you still have this?
